What's in The Smart Stack™?
Every pouch has 50mg natural caffeine (from coffee bean extract), 100mg L-theanine (from green tea extract), 25mg Rhodiola rosea (root extract) and 2.4mcg Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin).
How do I use a pouch?
Place one pouch between your gum and cheek for 20–40 minutes, then remove and dispose of it. Do not chew or swallow the pouch.
How much caffeine is in each pouch?
50mg of natural caffeine per pouch, from coffee bean extract. Each can holds 20 pouches.
What flavors are there?
